1. Introduction

At Jeeth Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please read the following terms and conditions for more details on how to return your items.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must have all original tags still attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).

Please Note: Certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or personal care products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing an order.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] or call +94775926630 to inform us of your intention to return the product. Please provide the following information:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for the return
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you instructions on how to proceed. You may be asked to send the item(s) back to us, or we may arrange for a pickup depending on your location.
  3. Prepare the Package: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original condition and packaging (if applicable). Ensure that the return shipment is properly labeled, and include the original invoice or order confirmation inside the package.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your return qualifies for free return shipping, we will notify you and provide a prepaid return label.

Please make sure to use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if the package is lost in transit.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • If you paid via cash on delivery (COD), you will receive a bank transfer or store credit as a refund option.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the item and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
