1. Introduction

At Jeeth Apparel, we are dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience, including reliable and timely delivery. This Delivery Policy outlines important information regarding our shipping methods, delivery charges, and delivery times. 2. Shipping Locations

We offer delivery services islandwide within Sri Lanka. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we are working towards expanding our delivery options.

3. Processing Time

Once you place an order, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. This includes payment verification and order fulfillment. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We provide standard islandwide delivery to all locations within Sri Lanka. Currently, we do not offer express delivery services.

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery location and product availability.

Delivery times may vary based on external factors like weather conditions, order volume, and local delivery circumstances.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Islandwide Delivery Fee: A flat rate of LKR 400 applies to all orders within Sri Lanka.
  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders above LKR 10,000. The free delivery discount will be automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders.

The applicable shipping fee (or free delivery) will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

6. Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking details. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier’s website or contact us directly for updates.

7. Delivery Issues

8. Undelivered Packages

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you. If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply if we need to resend the order.

9. Delivery to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we can only deliver to a single address per order. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.

10. Delivery Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery times may be longer for remote or difficult-to-reach locations. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery.

11. Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your package at the delivery address. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

12. Order Modifications

Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified. If you need to change any details before your order is dispatched, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate your request.
